What is Align To Become?
Align To Become is a long-term home for people navigating growth, change and real life. Through The Map, workshops, Sunday Resets, reflections and practical tools, ATB helps people understand themselves more deeply, create grounded change, and return to themselves again and again throughout life's many seasons.
What makes ATB different?
Most personal development spaces focus on information, motivation, or quick transformations.
ATB focuses on creating real-life change that lasts.
The work is designed to be returned to repeatedly over time. Rather than learning something once and moving on, you'll build a deeper relationship with yourself through simple, repeatable practices that support clarity, self-trust and sustainable growth.
Where should I start?
Most people begin with the Return to Self Ritual, our gentle 4-day reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity on what matters most in your current season of life.
From there, many people continue into The Map Membership Portal for ongoing support, workshops, tools, reflections, and community.
That said, there is no "correct" path through ATB. The ecosystem is designed to meet you where you are. You are welcome to begin with a Sunday Reset, a Substack letter, The Map, or the Return to Self Ritual.
Simply start with what feels most supportive for you right now.
How much time do I need each week?
There is no required pace.
Some members spend several hours each week inside the portal. Others engage with a single reflection, workshop, Sunday Reset or practice when they need support.
ATB is designed to move with real life, not compete with it.
Can I cancel my membership?
The Map Membership is a fixed-term 12-month purchase, not an ongoing subscription.
If you choose the payment plan, all 12 payments are required once your purchase has commenced. Your access does not auto-renew and will automatically end at the conclusion of your 12-month term unless you choose to renew.
Is ATB therapy or coaching?
No.
ATB is an educational and personal growth ecosystem designed to support self-understanding, reflection and embodied action.
While many members find the work deeply supportive, ATB is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, medical care or mental health support where those services are needed.
